TURBINES, ENGINES, CENTRIFUGAL FANS, BLOWERS, & COMPRESSORS are common equipment used as Industrial utility items. They intake atmospheric air for their further operations. If moisture, dust, or any other variety of solid particulates are present in the intake air, these contaminants are bound to deposit itself on the internal components such as valves, impellers, rotors, and vanes of the compressor, Turbines, Engines, Centrifugal Fans, Blowers. Such build-up can cause premature wear and tear and eventually reduce efficiency. Therefore, it is recommended to install AIR Intake filters to avoid the deposition of atmospheric dust particles that come with the Air.

“FILTER CONCEPT’s Air intake filters are designed to meet the required levels of filtered air for Turbines, Engines, Centrifugal Fans, Blowers, & Compressors. They are constructed using Filter Housing, Air Filter Element and Weather Hood.
Air Intake Filter housings are constructed with Heavy Gauge Mild Steel sheet channels, Plates, and sheets. the filter housings are supplied along with a flanged outlet connection having drilling of a flanged as per ANSI B-16. 5. Internal and external surface of the filter Housing is preliminarily coated with red oxide followed by the final coat of synthetic enamel RAL 7035.
Panel filters are used in industries to retain particles ranging from 1 micron to 50 microns. These filters are basically air intake filters, which is working with the negative pressure of systems.
Primary (Panel) filters are used for coarse filtration for the removal of particles in a range of 1 to 50 microns. Primary filters retain coarse particles to avoid further loading on secondary filters & enhance the life of the secondary filters. Primary filters are cleanable in nature to obtain good shelf life.
