Training on ISO 9001-2015

As part of our corporate commitment to training and improving the skills of all our employees . Mr. Ajay Rathore, VP-Technical conducted an in-depth training on ISO 9001-2015.
The key topics covered were :
1. Understanding of the background of the ISO and recent upgrades.
2. Information regarding changed scope, policy and new objectives/metrics.
3. Clearer leadership commitment and direction on ISO implementation.
We also had a few new team members , they were happy to understand the key terms , definitions and ISO standardized high-level structure. They also learned key concepts & principles of standards to existing processes within the organizations.
