Metering Skid Filtration Systems

FilterConcept is keen to deliver the highest level of quality the products to its customers.With endeavor to that, FCPL has introduced Metering Skid Filter Systems to cater the demanding application of the oil & gas Industry. We offer a wide array of filter vessels that are compact and provide immediate turnkey solutions for several filtration needs.

We also offer a wide range of gas filtration systems for the removal of dirt, dust, rust, condensates, moisture contents, oil impurities & exhaust fumes. Filtered gas results in lower downtime & reduces the production loss. These filtration systems are designed as per the flow requirement, line size, working pressure, working temperature & level of filtration rating. Filter housings can be made of SS 316, SS 304, carbon Steel or aluminum. Filter elements are manufactured using varieties of selective fiber media to achieve desired filtration level.

We offer the replacement of existing vessels and new design vessels. These are made as per the give you access to high filtration area, lower pressure drop & extended service life of the filter element. The filters are available in customized designs & the capasity to meet particular process parameters.

Filter housings for these filters are available in standard designs codes like ASME SEC VIII DIV I & other pressure vessel design code stamped upon special request.
