In today’s world communications play a crucial role . Being a customer-centric organization , we had a session to keep our employees updated on a simple and easy ways of communicating in the professional world, both internally and externally.
The big advantage of proper e-mail communication is that its streamlines the communication and makes our point clear, concise and helps the recipient with enough information to understand the message.
We had a very exciting and highly participative session. It is amusing to see how people from different cultures and different backgrounds perceive the same communications differently. Great learnings.
