In todays world communications plays a crucial role . Being a customer centric organization , we had a session to keep our employees updated on simple and easy way of communicating in professional world, both internally and externally.
The big advantage with proper e-mail communication is that its streamlines the communication and makes our point clear, concise and helps the recipient with enough information to understand the message.
We had a very exciting and highly participative session. Its amusing to see how people from different cultures and different back grounds perceive same communications differently. Great learnings.
